Olaf's Chainmail

Greetings and well met! I am Michael Erlund, known in the Chain Maile Community and throughout the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) as Olaf Lutherson. With the help of my nephew, Matthew Kilburn (aka Bathevulf von Drachenburg), this site was created to showcase and sell high quality custom chain maile. We only use the best of materials in construction and to make sure that the piece is the best available, we only do custom fitted armor and club wear. For these reasons, there will rarely be a piece of armor or club wear on this site that is ready to ship. With jewelry and decorative items, you will find that many items are either in stock or will ship within a few weeks.

Prices vary greatly depending on material selected and time to construct. Contact us for a quote on any custom piece or ordering information. (Prices include shipping and sales tax).

Orders for custom armor and club wear items are accepted only when there is a slot available. Currently, we are evaluating custom orders on a case by case basis. This is to ensure that orders are not outstanding for months in a backlog. No orders will be accepted into a backlog status. Please contact us for availability of specific custom work.
